I have been using the girls for over a year now and every single time I got the service is always top tier, from Scarlett & Emma on the phone, to ALL the beauty girls and their patience, warmth, professionalism & absolute fabulous expertise at what they do. Nat really hit a goldmine in employing a whole team who is just phenomenal at every thing they do. I’m so glad to have found the girls and I won’t stop recommending them to people.

I would not let anyone else touch my lashes apart Ashley. She is so lovely and chatty. She knows what’s best for my lashes and always pleases me with the final result. Nothing negative to say!

Absolutely love coming to Noveau, everyone is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome, my daughter came to meet me and has t been before and now wants to b come a client as could not believe how lovely everyone was. Brilliant experience.
