Comment
Communication is an issue and not all staff are train adequately. The cleanliness of the premises is a hit and miss, with times when it looks nice and clean and other times when is really quite dirty and dusty. I chose to stay anonymous only because I know that the comments will reflect on how I will be treated in the future. I say this because you can clearly see that there are some discriminatory behaviour. Even though I’m a very regular client there have been plenty of occasions when while I was waiting for my appointment other clients got pleasantly conversed with and offered drinks while I’m totally ignored. None of the clients were having an accent denoting that they have a mixed heritage- I do, hence the strong reason of why I mentioned the discriminatory behaviour.
