I didn't get the hot stones I had booked for but was refunded and the massage wasn't relaxing at all as I must of had a lot of knots in my upper back but it was quite painful when she was trying to get them out!

My appointment was 15 minutes later than booked. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink whilst I waited, also for the delay to have been acknowledged.

Nails were filed down incredibly short without asking - so short that some of my nail beds are exposed. The polish wasn’t applied carefully so it’s all bunched to one side in a lump on each nail, and there’s bit of my nails hanging off around the edges. Staff were incredibly friendly and great environment. Just unfortunate that the quality of the service I received wasn’t up to scratch.

Had to wait 15 mins beyond appointment time during which was subjected to the sound of screaming child being played out on member of staff's phone. Didn't get an explanation or apology for being taken late. Tint wasn't kept on for long probably trying to get time back. Hopefully will still last for two weeks. Shame because I normally have great experience at the salon.

I love this salon but today was not enjoyable. Staff bickering, rough filing, huffs & puffing throughout service. I appeared to be an inconvenience.
