I'm disappointed with my recent eyebrow threading. My right eyebrow has been over-threaded at the front, leaving a noticeable gap and making my eyebrows look uneven (see attached photos). I know nothing can be done now and I'm not looking for a resolution. I just wanted to share my feedback. The price has also increased from £8 last year to £13 but unfortunately the quality of the service didn't reflect the higher price. I expected much more care and precision for £13.

Staff are always welcoming. Knowledge and advice is always 100%. Clean salon with a huge variety of products and services available. Would highly recommend Natalie and the team.
