I have used this salon many times before however customer service has got worse. I’ve made an appointment a few weeks ago for lashes and like any company, not just Beauty cancellation is always 48 hours. So what is the cancellation period or the turnaround time for a customer point of view from a business if they need to change their needs for a Customer? Nouveau Beauty called me on the day of my appointment to explain that not only can my lashes be removed they can’t be replaced on the same day due to the possibility they can’t fall out. And then was explained that they’ve been booked with the wrong person that I have used over the years not to do hybrids. I have to explain I am autistic and I find change very different and very hard to handle and As this beauty clinic talk so highly about autism, then they will understand that change is a big thing in an autism world. It’s not always just about sensory and touch. So on the day of my appointment not only was I told that I can’t replace my Eyelashes I can’t have The the hybrids that I was looking forward to and the same person that’s done my Eyelashes for years. I have great disappointment with this Beauty clinic now and I will not be returning. This really has upset me I want to cry

As always an excellent experience no matter what treatment you are looking for you can be sure you will be treated in a friendly professional manner by all the staff in this oasis of peace in Crayford. I always leave feeling better than I did on entering. It’s always part of my getting ready for holidays to get all my treatments done.

I particularly love my new eyebrows! They really are amazing and I only wish I’d had them done sooner . I had them done before my holiday and had a lash tint and lift and didn’t feel like I needed make up at all especially in the daytime . The staff at nouveau are all lovely and friendly

I met summer Saturday for the first time what a lovely girl made me feel at ease has I am very anxious when meeting new people didn’t feel anxious at all nothing was too much for her Had Chanel for the 3 rd time always polite feel at ease with her talks to me though my treatment
