My appointment was 1pm. I wasn't seen until 1.15pm. Whilst I appreciate there can be some delays, when this happened previously I always received an apology No apology was offered yesterday though I did drop some hints regarding this but to no avail. Disappointing as this has never happened before.

I love coming to the salon the staff are all So welcoming and friendly I’m always offered a drink on arrival Natalie is amazing she talks me through the procedure and is professional throughout. The salon is lovely and Inviting I can’t wait to return for my top up
