I had to find a new nail technician as my long standing nail lady went on maternity leave so I tried a salon in Crayford there was no atmosphere, I wasn’t spoken to they didn’t put you at ease and the girl that put my nails on was a ‘senior’ nail technician! Well she wasn’t as two of my nails went green and she completely ruined my nails even though she had seen the patches she continued to paint over! So very disheartened and embarrassed of the state of my nails I decided to give nouveau beauty a try! I managed to book online same day appointment as soon as I walked into the shop it was friendly, professional, clean, there is music and lots of chat! I was asked if I wanted a drink etc.. the nail technician Rachel looked at my nails and could see how damaged they were but she put me at ease and gave me beautiful new nails she is so lovely and great at her job. I actually left the appointment feeling so much better so thank you all at nouveau!! I have rebooked already!
