People kept coming in and out of the room and when I got home realised I had wax still on my head. Also a blob eyelash dye on my lid. Wasn't the usual beautician, sorry didn't catch her name, in fact I don't think she told me. Had lvl and eyebrows waxed and tinted. If it had been my first visit I probably wouldn't be coming back. Will check who I'm booking in with next time.

File and polish look nice but not a full manicure , not the cleanest and therapists Chat amongst themselves rather than to the client

I'm disappointed with my recent eyebrow threading. My right eyebrow has been over-threaded at the front, leaving a noticeable gap and making my eyebrows look uneven (see attached photos). I know nothing can be done now and I'm not looking for a resolution. I just wanted to share my feedback. The price has also increased from £8 last year to £13 but unfortunately the quality of the service didn't reflect the higher price. I expected much more care and precision for £13.

Having been a loyal customer for a very long time I have always received a very high standard regarding my services and enjoyed a friendly yet professional visit. However my experience today was both unprofessional and shoddy. Unfortunately the beauty therapist I was seeing has left and I have seen some others but today’s visit makes me want to try somewhere else

I have used this salon many times before however customer service has got worse. I’ve made an appointment a few weeks ago for lashes and like any company, not just Beauty cancellation is always 48 hours. So what is the cancellation period or the turnaround time for a customer point of view from a business if they need to change their needs for a Customer? Nouveau Beauty called me on the day of my appointment to explain that not only can my lashes be removed they can’t be replaced on the same day due to the possibility they can’t fall out. And then was explained that they’ve been booked with the wrong person that I have used over the years not to do hybrids. I have to explain I am autistic and I find change very different and very hard to handle and As this beauty clinic talk so highly about autism, then they will understand that change is a big thing in an autism world. It’s not always just about sensory and touch. So on the day of my appointment not only was I told that I can’t replace my Eyelashes I can’t have The the hybrids that I was looking forward to and the same person that’s done my Eyelashes for years. I have great disappointment with this Beauty clinic now and I will not be returning. This really has upset me I want to cry
