The reason for the lower score for evironment is that on the day I visited the salon temperature was cold as it was after the weekend closure. Adjusting the heating to come on earlier in colder weather would hopefully improve this.

I feel welcome every time I go to the powder room. Always offered a drink whilst waiting for my appointment. I usually go for an eyebrow tint and wax and the women always take their time and I am always happy with the results. I have also had a massage and had my nails done, either acrylic or shellac. These ladies do fantastic work and I am always happy with the results. Fantastic salon, I would and have highly recommend them.

Lizzie’s always fab, I recommend her to everyone. The room was just quite cold and small this time - I usually go in the bigger one where the bed’s also heated. Apart from that it was great as always :)
