It had been quite a while since my last visit due to personal reasons and I was made to feel very welcome again with all the staff. Covid measures were good without being intrusive and the general feel was safety but pampered. Clare should be very proud of herself and team for making me feel comfortable and cared for after a very difficult 18 months for everyone. My feet and hands feel and look super.

As always, Jodie has done a lovely job on my nails very sparkly for my holidays next week. Looking forward to having my brows and eyelashes done on Saturday now.

I really enjoyed the Biotech facial with head and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing and fantastic to be back having a beauty treatment. I was given advice on other facials that would be beneficial. All the staff are really friendly. All round great experience. I would highly recommend the Powder Room.

Would recommend to everyone! Amy completely transformed my brows and my confidence as a result. She is very knowledgeable, talks you through the process and knows exactly what brow to suit your face. Her professionalism and kindness takes away any nerves you might have about the process. I would never go anywhere else now. I have not had any treatments by the others however all the staff at the powder room are lovely and welcoming, and it is always clean.
