I feel welcome every time I go to the powder room. Always offered a drink whilst waiting for my appointment. I usually go for an eyebrow tint and wax and the women always take their time and I am always happy with the results. I have also had a massage and had my nails done, either acrylic or shellac. These ladies do fantastic work and I am always happy with the results. Fantastic salon, I would and have highly recommend them.

The reason for the lower score for evironment is that on the day I visited the salon temperature was cold as it was after the weekend closure. Adjusting the heating to come on earlier in colder weather would hopefully improve this.

Very friendly, welcoming and professional beauty salon. I had a shellac manicure with Jodie who is a very talented nail technician and never fails to impress with her nail art.

I always look forward to my visits to The Powder Room. Am always made to feel very welcome and pampered. The girls are always updating their training and know their stuff. New treatments are brought out on a regular basis and the whole experience is, I feel, excellent. Thankyou girls and keep up the good work.
