I was running late due to traffic, I phoned up to let them know and it wasn’t a problem. I was greeted with a warm smile and hello by literally everyone when I walked in the door. It’s the first time I’ve met Joe but felt like we’d been friends for years. I could have chatted all day. I’m over the moon with my hair and beard combo and his advice was spot on. I’m looking forward to my next visit already. 10/10
