The only reason I didn't give fantastic feedback was the you're made to feel. On entering there was no hello just someone saying 'have you got an appointment?' Everyone looks at you, no-one smiles. Make's you feel very unwelcome. Thankfully the lady who cut my hair was very friendly. Where we were ask to wait while having the cut done was by a little wash up area, nobody said excuse me or thank you when coming past. I just found them quite rude. This was our first visit. Again, thankfully the lady who dealt with us was lovely.

Most often my coat is not hung up for me my hairdresser smokes outside then cuts my hair there is no conversation this time the hairdresser spoke over my head to her college and even stopped cutting to chat it's not the salon it used to be sorry 😐

I booked in for a 60 minute massage however after being explained to that the 50 minutes would include consultation and dressing undressing the whole process still only took 40 minutes the massage lasted for only 25. The girl was lovely however I was quite dissapoubted with the length of the massage.

Although staff were lovely and friendly, my curls dropped within an hour and my roots appeared grey. I have slightly greying hair but not to this extreme, therefore would not recommend or use again sorry.

I was meant to have a wet cut. I was asked if I wanted it washed, but I said no. Usually just have water sprayed on it. my hair was cut dry. I was asked if I wanted a drink, I asked for water,I never got it. My cut was OK, but took about 15 minutes so really not worth £38 Hay's used to have a great atmosphere, it was dull and drab and the experience has me not wanting to come back.
