I booked in for a 60 minute massage however after being explained to that the 50 minutes would include consultation and dressing undressing the whole process still only took 40 minutes the massage lasted for only 25. The girl was lovely however I was quite dissapoubted with the length of the massage.

First time in here for about 10 years and was quite disappointed how standards seem to have gone down. 1)my hairdresser didn't introduce herself 2)my washed hair soaked my top and dripped down my neck 3)I was not asked if I was comfortable in the chair (ie y legs were almost dangling) 4) I was not offered a drink until half way through the cut 5) chewing gum !! 6)didn't offer to brush off hair from my face, clothes etc when finished

Although staff were lovely and friendly, my curls dropped within an hour and my roots appeared grey. I have slightly greying hair but not to this extreme, therefore would not recommend or use again sorry.

I was meant to have a wet cut. I was asked if I wanted it washed, but I said no. Usually just have water sprayed on it. my hair was cut dry. I was asked if I wanted a drink, I asked for water,I never got it. My cut was OK, but took about 15 minutes so really not worth £38 Hay's used to have a great atmosphere, it was dull and drab and the experience has me not wanting to come back.

I had my hair done here before and have been happy so decided to get my nails done here for the first time. When I got there for my appointment I had to sit and wait for a few minuets which is fine, but when the lady doing my nails called me over I didn’t feel like I had a warm welcome. She told me to sit down and asked me about what how I wanted my nails but she didn’t say much else. I understand she might have been concentrating on her work but she didn’t even say hello or how are you. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable so we sat in silence the whole time apart from when she wanted me to move my hands. Once my nails were finished she just got up and walked to the till without a word, it would have been nice if she asked me if I liked my nails or even a simple ok were done would have been better then she just took my money and that was it. I like my nails and think she did a good job but the lack of friendliness made me feel awkward and like an inconvenience so I will probably not be returning as I’ve had better customer service at other places in Daventry.
