Friendly and understanding. Asked loads of questions throughout the appointment and gave great advise. Felt like the hair stylist cared about what she did and made me feel really comfortable. Have been between hairdressers now for 10 years and finally feel like I e found someone that I want to return to. Thank you so much for fixing my hair!!!
