The salon is stunning and the staff were amazing, fitting me into a different date last minute and making me feel so welcome, Tia was incredible with her demeaner and made me feel so comfortable, she was incredibly understanding and I left feeling amazing. I was hoping to find someone I could build a rapport with and begin to come regularly after struggling to find a stylist that suited my needs (different salon) Really happy with my experience at Edward James and will Be back soon for my colour with Tia

I ve been aveda salon’s client since five years and I’ve been with Edward James richmond since 1 year ish. Totally love the place and the professionalism of hairdressers . My favourite is Marcella. Today I tried Barna she was very good too and also Tiffany for my shampoo and dry was really nice and experience . The only suggestion I would give is that people are the reception including the one I believe was the manager of the salon , weren’t really nice or smiley. To be honest I think this should be improved. If I get inside a luxury saloon I want to be treated well from the beginning to the end and not only by the staff who is doing my hair. I expect people potentially welcoming me with hi how is your day doing instead of a hi, How can I help with funeral faces.

I rate this salon and my personal experience 10 out of 10. I suffer with anxiety and my stylist helped me feel at ease, so much so, that I forgot to tip her. I’m mortified, i will correct this on my next visit.

Although I don't live in Richmond,I likevto get my hair cut at Edward James whenever I visit the town. My only disappointment today was that the massage function on the chair at the basin was not working, but everything everything else was as good as it usually is.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened in Richmond. It is first class in every way. The mini massage as you arrive is a really nice and unique touch.
