So happy that Edward James has opened in Richmond! Had my hair done there today and had such a lovely experience. The salon itself is so spacious and beautifully done up. The staff were all so welcoming and so professional. Dejan did a great job with my hair and was clearly very knowledgeable - it was obvious he cared about making sure I was happy with the result (which I was!) I didn’t catch the name of the person who did my wash and blow dry but she was also very friendly and did a great job. I was also lucky enough to meet Edward while I was at the salon and received a lovely candle and some vouchers as a gift which was so very kind! I am already looking forward to my next appointment :)
