I have been a huge fan of Edward James salons - and of Natalie in particular - since discovering their newly-opened Putney salon 10 years ago. This time I visited the new Richmond salon and it is GORGEOUS. The same wonderful service in a big, chic, light and airy salon. Very special indeed.
