I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Dejan, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Dejan was not only professional and welcoming, but he also took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted before he began cutting. He provided great advice and suggestions on what would work best for my hair type. The end result was a fantastic haircut. My visit and experience at the salon was amazing. I received excellent customer service from start to finish and enjoyed my interaction with everyone from the team. My stylist had a very good technique to achieve the results that I wanted. She was careful at all time to not damage my hair with the bleach and ensure I had everything included for my treatment as per our consultation and agreement. I am pleased with the results of the colour as well as my haircut and will recommend the salon to family and friends. Great value for money because you receive the highest standard’s service. Glad to finally see this in Richmond without having to go central London.

Always a lovely and relaxing experience with the team here. They are also extremely friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable which always makes the experience completely stress free! I have been to the Richmond location 3 times, with every time going very well and the results being exactly what I wanted. By far the best salon and Team to have working on your hair needs in Richmond and surrounding areas. 😊
