My daughter visited the salon recently. Prior to that I spoke to hairdresser and found out the treatment price. However, my daughter attended herself and was given additional treatments thinking that's part Of that treatment. The price was much higher and preferably hairdresser should have explained that additional treatments will cost more.

The lady who washed my hair did a really excellent job - it was so relaxing and really enhanced my visit. I would encourage you to make sure this standard is the norm for all clients - I'm sure it will reflect well with customer satisfaction....

Carrie was so understanding of what about my previous colour (done somewhere else) was bothering me. And she was very clear with suggestions. So after going in for what was just a haircut and blow dry, I felt really understood, and booked an appointment for colour a few days later and Carrie did a fantastic job. I feel like myself again.
