Asked for my hair not to be thinned out which it was, overall the haircut was a poor reproduction of the image of a previous haircut I showed, hairdresser took multiple calls during my service which felt longer than they needed to be, first time I’ve been really disappointed with a haircut I’ve had here and been coming since I was 7
