I had a soothe treatment which was absolutely gorgeous, I would throughly recommend. Only thing that occurred to me after, was that I wasn’t asked to complete a health questionnaire, which seems to be usual practice in spa’s, to ensure I wasn’t pregnant or had any underlying health issues before having the treatment. I was asked if I had any allergies though.

I always have my threading done here, there are many options in Norwich for threading but the ladies at jarrolds are very experienced and I know I will never have any issues. There are slightly cheaper options, however the price for me is worth it for the service and result

Great experience. Environment felt very Covid secure. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional I received excellent advice about nail colour .
