I had a Dermatologica facial peel with Maisy today and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Before we began, she took the time to explain the whole process clearly—what to expect during the treatment and the aftercare too, which made me feel completely comfortable. Throughout the facial, she regularly checked in to make sure my skin felt okay and that I was relaxed. She even ttbrought me a glass of water at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s not my first time visiting the Retreat Room at Jarrolds, and I’m always impressed with the level of customer service, but Maisy definitely went above and beyond. She made the experience feel personal, professional, and incredibly reassuring.

I have had many massages and the therapist incorporated some massage techniques I have not experienced previously. I really enjoyed the massage. The pressure was perfect. The room was lovely and so the relaxing experience started from the moment I entered. Would thoroughly recommend.

Would be good to offer a 90 minute massage option. I have regular massages and opt for 90 minutes if it’s on offer. I would also get people to complete the health questionnaire at the time of booking to avoid disappointment when a treatment isn’t possible. My facial was not possible so I spent less money and was not offered a different treatment.
