This was my first visit to The Retreat Beauty Rooms at Jarrolds and definitely not my last! All the staff were so warm and welcoming, and my therapist, Bryony, was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend booking an appointment here - just be aware it’s a popular spot, and for good reason! It seems the lovely people of Norwich are already in on the secret.
