Hiyalba completed my brow lamination today and left me with exactly what i wanted. she was very patient and helped me choose the look i was going for and overall was very welcoming. i would love to have my brows done by her again.

The treatment was very good and the lady who did it was lovely. The only problem was that I got there in time for my appointment and the woman at the desk told me my appointment was 15mins later. I had an email confirmation so I knew what the time of my appointment was but she insisted I was wrong. It didn’t make much difference but there’s obviously something wrong with the booking system if the appointment I have booked doesn’t match the appointment in the diary in-store.

A really lovely and modern place that makes you feel like you're completely out of Norwich. I was greeted warmly and had my lovely treatment.

Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who did my nails but she was brilliant. I felt so anxious (appointment 4pm -gel nails) a) and needed lots of breaks outside. The lady was so patient and kind,really made me feel like it wasn't a problems. I rated the environment negatively as I was placed downstairs (and not in the beauty room) which was loud and didn't feel like a nice/treat experience experience compared to upstairs.

Professional service. However I booked it and received confirmation email stating the cost would be £30 for an OPI signature manicure. When I checked my receipt at home I have been charged £35 for an OPI signature manicure. Needless to say I’m not happy about being overcharged. No mention was made of an increase in price. I booked the appointment last week.
