They kindly fitted me in although I couldn't make my original appointment.The only reason for the lower score for the environment was because due to refurbishment treatment was done on the shop floor which was unavoidable.Obviously privacy is preferable and usually it is fine. Staff all lovely as usual.

The treatments were lovely, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The main room was quite cold, and I had to sit for a long time for my pedicure to dry. I think that nail dryers should be available so there is no worry of smudging polish in the winter when it is not practical to wear flip flops.

The only reason I gave a 6 for the quality of professional advice was because I wasn't given any. That probably seems unfair if there wasn't any to give. No idea what products were used. Previous treatments I have had elsewhere have always said to stay hydrated afterwards. The whole experience was amazing though and would highly recommend. The only thing I would note is that maybe the background music could have been louder as you could hear a lot of noise from outside (or the store, unsure which).

Firstly, I don’t want the therapist to be upset as my complaint is not directed at her personally and having worked in customer facing jobs I know what it’s like and she was lovely. I was upset that with my underarm wax, not enough wax was applied on both sides of the armpit which meant that only half the armpit that had been waxed was then used to rip out hairs on my underarms that had no wax applied at all. (I have been waxing for 14 year btw). This meant that it felt more uncomfortable than it should have, and this was done on both underarms. I also had my skin on my underarms pulled back a bit too much which also made it painful in that it stung more then I’m used too. The trolly with the waxing kit was quite far away from bed, I’m concerned about the health and safety for the beauticians going back and forth as I’m used to the trolly being close the person carrying the treatment to make it easier for them. Apart from all this, the customer service was lovely indeed. I was just a bit taken aback as I have been waxing for 14 years so I know when it just doesn’t feel quite right. Ive complained about one other beauty salon in the time I have been waxing too, so I don’t go out of my way to do this often.

Staff member took the time to check if I was happy with the shape of my nails which was nice Also took payment pre my having them done which was not done the last time

Jarrold beauty hall is great, the nail bar section has shrunk since our last visit, which is a shame as it’s a nice feeling place to have nails done. The child’s mini was great, good value and great treat for my daughter.
