Booked for a regenerative facial, booked with my sister, we had our treatments in the same room. It was a fabulous experience, lovely therapists, carefully explained everything, the room had low lighting, calming music and extremely comfortable beds. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable and my skin felt beautifully soft afterwards. Highly recommend the service at The Retreat.

Very happy with the over all experience and treatment. However, it was very difficult not to use my hands after having my nails varnished even after the 30 minutes as suggested by the technician. Consequently I had several chipped and smudged nails in the following hours. Really disappointing as I feel I need to completely re do them. It was an expensive manicure too. I don’t think I would have my nails done again but would choose another treatment entirely.
