I had a Dermatologica facial peel with Maisy today and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Before we began, she took the time to explain the whole process clearly—what to expect during the treatment and the aftercare too, which made me feel completely comfortable. Throughout the facial, she regularly checked in to make sure my skin felt okay and that I was relaxed. She even ttbrought me a glass of water at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s not my first time visiting the Retreat Room at Jarrolds, and I’m always impressed with the level of customer service, but Maisy definitely went above and beyond. She made the experience feel personal, professional, and incredibly reassuring.

For a man's Manicure which is quoted on the website at £23 and Pedicure at £27 the cost would be £50. We were charged £65. For the two of us £130 I did query this and they seem unable to work this out and the person said they were looking at the website the same as me. Under the menu it does mention Duration 30 minutes £30. Should it be what you see is what you pay. Not hidden extra costs? The treatment you receive seems to be based on the person who does your treatment. Myself I did not get as much time as the person I was with a duration of some ten minutes less than they got, in total for both treatments. I noticed that on the manicure I did not receive hand cream or massage as the other person I was with got. When I asked. The person who did the other manicure did this for me. There does not seem a set process for what is carried out in treatments. When it came to payment and how are you paying for this. It seemed take longer than both my treatments. I have been here before and have received better treatment and service. Will I be returning NO. Jarrolds has a fine reputation for quality and service in this instants it was not so.

I took my 5 year old daughter to have her nails done and it was a really lovely experience, lovely salon and really nice staff.
