It would be most helpful if there was someone on your booking desk for a regular time slot so that you know you could speak to a qualified therapist for advice /guidance on the treatment best suited to yourself + if one finds themselves in Norwich with some time free it would be easy to walk to your reception to enquire for a last minute or take a cancelled booking. This I have tried on a few occasions but found no-one to help except a Jarrolds clothing assistant who also was frustrated as they couldn’t help or book me in so ….

I have been using Sana's brows for years now and am always please with the service provided. All ladies are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my eyebrows shaped. I have had a couple of treatments in the Retreat since it opened and have received top class service from Jordann and would highly recommend her/the team. Thank you Jarrolds!

Jordann is so warm and friendly and always gives an incredible treatment. Lovely environment for some treatments to switch off from the world for a bit.
