My facial was a totally relaxing experience from the lovely warm bed and the ambiance of the room the aromatic fragrance of the products and the experience of massage techniques of Maisy on all the different layers of the facial I was totally glowing afterwards

I had a wonderful scalp massage with an added extra of a neck and shoulder massage. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was quiet, warm and comfortable. I'm going back!

I have been using Jarrolds beauty retreat for a while but this was the first time in the new area. I was very impressed with the overall experience. A bright, fresh and clean space nicely lit and cosy on a cold day. My therapist, as always, friendly and professional. Very happy with the treatments I received.
