I would have been happier if I had not found my pedicure had not been booked. I rang for the appointment, spoke to someone and discussed whether to have hands or feet done first, agreed hands first but when I arrived I had two bookings for 0930 and none for 1030 so couldn't have my toes done. Very disappointed. Off on holiday this afternoon.

Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who did my nails but she was brilliant. I felt so anxious (appointment 4pm -gel nails) a) and needed lots of breaks outside. The lady was so patient and kind,really made me feel like it wasn't a problems. I rated the environment negatively as I was placed downstairs (and not in the beauty room) which was loud and didn't feel like a nice/treat experience experience compared to upstairs.

A really lovely and modern place that makes you feel like you're completely out of Norwich. I was greeted warmly and had my lovely treatment.

The treatment was very good and the lady who did it was lovely. The only problem was that I got there in time for my appointment and the woman at the desk told me my appointment was 15mins later. I had an email confirmation so I knew what the time of my appointment was but she insisted I was wrong. It didn’t make much difference but there’s obviously something wrong with the booking system if the appointment I have booked doesn’t match the appointment in the diary in-store.

Pros - Beautician / brow tech had a lovely, calm demeanour. Beautician dud exactly what I asked for. Great advice given to me on what to get next time. Great price. Loyalty card given and explained to me. Cons - Greeter on till not particularly welcoming. Nowhere to put my bag and coat except on the floor in the middle of a shop! Music way too loud so could barely hear my beautician. Employees on Mac counter very loud and talking about personal lives right next to us. No privacy. I will go again for my brows because she was lovely and did a great job. I wouldn't use Jarrolds for any other beauty treatments though as it was not a relaxing environment at all. Chair not overly comfortable.
