I've been going to the Beauty Retreat for several years now and have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. The staff are always professional and friendly, and the new salon is beautiful and a relaxing place to be.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, thoroughly explain what they are doing and check everything is ok. I have had facials, manicures and pedicures and the standard of service and treatment has been universally excellent.

The Escape package was an excellent, relaxing treat, and Emma was lovely and immediately put me at ease. I have had two treatments at the salon and fully recommend going there. Excellent value and service.

Jarrolds is always the first place I consider when looking for something as an independent store it's the best in my opinion lots of different brands and the staff again always pleasant, only one down side is the fish restaurant where the smell of fish covers the whole of the floor,which is off putting to eat there.
