i have no problem with the girls on Sana Brow Dept. the only problem i think is when they are busy with there customers and i am waiting at the till area to make an appointment.no other member of staff from nearby come over and and ask if i need any help, they are too busy talking. i used to work in jarrolds and i would always acknolage customers even if they were not on my department its called customer service,

First visit to the Retreat and I wish I’d been before. I booked as 20% off The Grown Alchemist experience and I wasn’t disappointed. 90 minutes of massage and 30 minute facial. Ellie was a delight and made my experience a real treat. She turned all the heating down for me as I was so hot when I arrived and this was a blessing! I think it was the most comfortable massage bed I’ve ever laid on. The products were great and left my skin lovely and soft with a pleasant fragrance. I would recommend them and even better when they have a promotion on!!

The only reason I rated the Retreat down for the overall environment is that I am walking disabled and found the steep stairs down to the nail bar very difficult. Fortunately I had my carer with me who made sure I didn’t fall. I know you have another area on the ground floor but this was out of action. I’m sure something could be done with the stairs to make them more accessible for the disabled.
