It would be most helpful if there was someone on your booking desk for a regular time slot so that you know you could speak to a qualified therapist for advice /guidance on the treatment best suited to yourself + if one finds themselves in Norwich with some time free it would be easy to walk to your reception to enquire for a last minute or take a cancelled booking. This I have tried on a few occasions but found no-one to help except a Jarrolds clothing assistant who also was frustrated as they couldn’t help or book me in so ….

Extremely happy with my experience, everything from decor, service, professionalism, quality of treatment, gorgeous smell of the room and very friendly toward myself and son Sadly cannot remember name of beautician but she done an amazing job, thank you!

Not as good as my last experience, last time my hands were moisturised at the end of treatment!
