Signature nail appointment took an hour which was a lot longer than expected considering my nails are short and I was only getting regular varnish. My friend had the same treatment and was finished in half an hour. I wouldn't have minded the time except the varnish was very gingerly applied, leaving gaps on a couple of nails and gaps at the nail beds. I thought cuticles would also be treated as part of the more expensive package but they weren't. The experience was fine but not great.

I don’t have any preference when going to this place as everyone is very good and lovely! They are all well-trained and have always done an incredible job. I am both happy and sad that Retreat is getting bigger and more known these days and it can be hard to get an appointment especially during this season, but I don’t like to gatekeep as they really are good and can serve people well!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 6 years and ana brow studio is the best place I have tried. I now won't go anywhere else.
