The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, thoroughly explain what they are doing and check everything is ok. I have had facials, manicures and pedicures and the standard of service and treatment has been universally excellent.

I want particularly to thank Jourdann who moved a meeting to be able to do my treatment as the person who was due to do it was off sick and my appointment was going to be cancelled. As I am off on holiday tomorrow I really appreciated her fitting me in. What a star x
