This was the second time I have visited since the renovation, and will be back again. Beautiful environment, lovely staff, incredible treatments, and very fair prices. Tucked away so you don't feel like you are in the store at all. A true gem in the city. Treatments aren't rushed and you walk out feeling very refreshed.

My daughter went to have some Christmas nails done and was very pleased with the experience. She was well looked after and loved having her nails done in a salon which isn’t available at many places locally.

Jarrolds treatment rooms are the best in Norwich. Really knowledgeable and skilled therapists. Hannah’s facials are amazing.
