I have in the past had excellent treatment with a beautician I see regularly. On this occasion I had my eyelashes tinted,and the chair was in the shop. No greeting asked what colour tint. Process done in silence eyes obviously closed, no mention of how long etc. Then wiped of with one cotton pad. Didn’t dye lower lashes. No communication. Uncomfortable experience in a very busy shop . Would not repeat
