Enjoyed the most incredible facial this afternoon. What a treat, super indulgent and luxurious. Can't believe I can get such a gorgeous spa experience in the middle of the city on my lunch break. Thanks so much to Maisie and the team. My skin feels amazing. Hoping to return soon!

I booked this appointment online back in July for the head of the Sana Brow Studio, to be told on arrival today that she does not work Saturdays, I showed my confirmation email. They then advised someone else would be attending to me which was ok, but then was told they would not do my lash lift as I had contact lenses in. I advised that earlier in the year they had done my lashes whilst I was wearing contact lennses and I was never asked about lenses, and there is nothing on the website to say it cannot be done if you are wearing contact lenses. This treatment was required for a specific occasion, so I am really quite angry!

Very friendly and efficient. Kiran saw us earlier than our appointment time as she was free - great!

Ellie looks after me beautifully. She is polite, friendly, welcoming and always gives excellent service. I could not ask for more.
