Lovely place. Jordan was very nice. I’m not sure if I didn’t get what I booked. I did fall and book in though, I thought I had booked a pedicure with gels. My understanding a pedicure is soak, dry skin etc and a manicure, a manicure is usually massage, cuticles etc I had only cuticles work gif both treatments. Gels on toes and just a clear varnish on nails. I didn’t want gel on my nails, I might add. This seems to be very little for £75.

i have no problem with the girls on Sana Brow Dept. the only problem i think is when they are busy with there customers and i am waiting at the till area to make an appointment.no other member of staff from nearby come over and and ask if i need any help, they are too busy talking. i used to work in jarrolds and i would always acknolage customers even if they were not on my department its called customer service,

Amazing service provided by Jourdann. She talked me through the whole spray tan procedure, put me at ease and gave thorough aftercare advice. Highly Recommended x
