The treatment I received was very professional and well executed. Ashleigh was very good and thorough, I really enjoyed the back massage I got. However, I originally booked for a scalp massage. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I’m not getting the service I booked for. Every time I book something here, it’s either cancelled, delayed or swapped for something else. I get that staff get ill but since December, I didn’t get any of the service I planned for. It’s quite disappointing. Therefore I don’t think I’ll keep booking here neither can recommend to friends.

Another lovely experience at The Retreat at Jarrolds. A professional nail shape and polish by the adorable Bryony. I always book with the brilliant Bryony. She is professional and friendly and makes the whole experience relaxing. I always leave feeling uplifted and extremely pampered. Thank you once again Bryony, see you again soon.

Another excellent gel manicure by Bryony this morning. I am always impressed by her professional attitude and expertise when supporting me with my choice of Opi gel colours. Although my fingernails are unfortunately quite short at the moment, Bryony paid attention to my cuticles and the shape of my nails to create a pretty and neat manicure. Bryony is easy to chat to and the salon has a lovely atmosphere. Thankyou

I love my monthly trip to the retreat for a pedicure. Emily is so lovely and seems to know if I want to chat or just be quiet....that's a brilliant skill. I currently have a bruised toe and last time I advised toe was sore so she took care. This time straightaway checked how toe was doing....it's on the mend. Anyway she's a credit to the Jarrolds team.
