there was someone on reception when I arrived today..but this is not always the case I do think they need a front of house manager/reception . For walk-ins and to keep customers flowing through , re allocation if an appointment over runs etc My appointment started late 15mins as the previous appointment over ran I am usually very pleased with the service and the environment but on this occasion it all felt a bit awkward

My therapist Emily, is really lovely. Helpful with nail treatments and the pedicure is so relaxing. Also now complimentary tea and coffee included. This makes this experience extra special
