This was my first experience at the retreat I came to have my nails done done a manicure and gel overly extremely happy with the service Hannah is absolutely lovely. The whole experience was a delight very calm and I felt totally relaxed afterwards I would definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.

I have been visiting The Retreat Salon several times for a pamper manicure, as I really appreciate that they use high-quality OPI products. I have always been very happy with the results when Becca did my manicure, and I would highly recommend her. However, last Friday, my manicure was done by a different person, who I believe was young and relatively inexperienced. Although I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience this time. The nail polish began peeling off the very next day, which is far below the standard I would expect from a professional service. Additionally, I was disappointed immediately after the manicure was finished, as the results looked no better than what I could have achieved myself at home. For a £35 service, I expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail.
