Comment
I have no complaints about the treatment, the decor, the staff. It was all lovely and it made me forget I was in a large shop in the middle of a busy city. The only criticism I have is that your signage tells customers you are located on the ground floor, when in fact, you are on the first. When you do get to the correct place there is nothing on the Retreat room door to say “please enter here if there is no one on reception”. I didn’t know that customers could just walk in and I almost missed my appointment waiting outside.
