Ellie was absolutely brilliant and very good at her job. The reception desk is not manned which caused a few problems during my visit as customers trying to book got frustrated, and centred their frustrating on the staff which really is not fair. A clearer process or signage is needed along with a receptionist or way to book when the desk is unmanned. Had a wonderful manicure and pedicure and feel utterly looked after. Will be back.
