After a particularly traumatic and stressful couple of months I was suffering with tension in my neck and shoulders which I couldn't shake off. I decided I needed a professional massage and treated myself at The Retreat in Jarrolds. Imogen was my therapist. It was amazing. I slept like a baby that night. Everything was perfect from the initial greeting, the atmosphere in the treatment room and the awesome massage. I will make this a regular treat as I felt so relaxed. It felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and the feeling of well being I haven't felt for such a long time. I highly recommend The Retreat in Jarrolds.

Came with my sisters and we all had a lovely 30 minute facial. All of the beauty therapists were friendly and put us all at ease. Will definitely come back for more treatments.
