It would be most helpful if there was someone on your booking desk for a regular time slot so that you know you could speak to a qualified therapist for advice /guidance on the treatment best suited to yourself + if one finds themselves in Norwich with some time free it would be easy to walk to your reception to enquire for a last minute or take a cancelled booking. This I have tried on a few occasions but found no-one to help except a Jarrolds clothing assistant who also was frustrated as they couldn’t help or book me in so ….
