Mirka and the front desk were very skilled and polite. The woman washing hair was not skilled and was also rude. She pulled and scrubbed quite hard to the point of discomfort, though this might be a difference in personal preferences. However, she also kept getting water into my ears and down my blouse and didn't seem to be trying to avoid doing so. The other employees noticed that I looked uncomfortable and tried to help. She also muttered something when she couldn't wrap my hair in the towel. Mirka noticed and was able to do so efficiently.
