Claire was an absolute star, so positive and helpful with a professional viewpoint of what would suit me. She completely took care of me, and as my first appointment of any kind since the start of the pandemic I couldn’t have had a more comforting experience. All the ladies at the salon are lovely and wearing masks and visors to keep everyone safe as well as having big pyrex screens between stations. I felt so much more confident leaving after only going in for a basic wash, cut and dry. I’m sad to be leaving Alton after only just discovering The Cutting Salon, but I might be able to make the excuse for a 1.5 hour drive as I really couldn’t have asked for better x
