The young lady that that washed my hair started to shampoo it when I could feel that my hair was still dry underneath at the back. I kindly informed her at the beginning when I sat down that my hair was very thick and to pay particular attention to the back. She must of realised and started soaking the hair during the shampooing phase. The massage was under 30 seconds and very lack lustre. The top of my head was washed satisfactorily but not the rest. The lady that cut my hair was lovely and did a really great job but when she used the scissors to blend the fringe into the rest of my hair she dragged them through the hair and it was quite painful and the repeated the experience the other side! I would use the salon again, everyone was very friendly and it’s great that you ask for feedback so staff can learn from our experiences.
