It was a pity that the salon was just too busy for anyone to give the level of service that I have come to expect from past experience, which had always been good, and why I had returned. The stylist was curt and distracted, and failed to introduce herself. I felt uncomfortable, and I eventually gave up trying to make conversation. The cut was well executed but rushed; I wished I had the courage to ask for some adjustments in the layering. I regretted asking for an unscheduled blow-dry, clearly I was taking too much time already. I paid up and left with my tail between my legs.
