Fabulous results, gorgeous colouring done, with a fab blow dry. My only complaint would be that the juniors who wash the hair actually would wash it, ive been a few times and so far on each visit and have had to ask them to actually press harder, get stuck in and wash my scalp. When you have extremely thick curly hair they dont seemed to know or been taught that a good wash is needed, which needs to get through to the scalp. It's absolutely no good just going round and round with her palms, you dont feel that it's been washed. They do a cracking job, but they need to get the basics right too. 😊 They are invaluable to the salon.

One piece of feedback that I would like to share is that clients who are sitting in the hair washing room can see through the mirrors to the behaviour of the staff who are washing the hair of others. I saw some staff members look to each other and smirk to each other about the clients hair, or this was how it was perceived. It did make me think about how the staff treat the clients.

I had asked to be booked for a wash, cut and blow dry but was told the appointment had been booked for a wet cut. This was able to be dried but not styled as wanted so disappointed.

Salon running very late; kept waiting a further 20 mins after already delaying apt by 15 mins. Staff apologetic. Almost forgot to offer a drink. Nor did they have the hair products in stock that I wanted. Just one of those days for a busy salon pre Christmas. However still a very enjoyable experience and great haircut.
